Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in multinational or high-volume environments.
• Highly proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across US, UK, and LATAM.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and negotiate offers.
• Collaborate with HR and the business to align hiring with strategy.
• Develop short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Utilize Workday and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure data accuracy in ATS.
