Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related careers.
• At least 4 years of experience managing the full cycle recruitment process in a multinational setting or high-volume agency.
• Must be highly proficient in English.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Teamwork and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
• Extend offers, manage salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
• Collaborate with HR and the business to understand strategy and talent needs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques to identify and secure top talent.
• Identify trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and satisfaction.
• Adhere to global recruitment protocols and KPIs, ensuring ATS data accuracy.
