Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate multinational or high-volume agency.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for diverse roles across US, UK, and LATAM.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage offers/salary negotiations and onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR to understand business strategy and talent needs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term hiring strategies.
• Leverage Workday and sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs and ensure data is tracked in the ATS.
