Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in multinational or high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in English; strong verbal and written communication; ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment across US, UK, and LATAM markets.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage offers and salary negotiations.
• Work with HR and business to understand talent needs and strategy.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term hiring strategies.
• Utilize Workday and advanced recruiting techniques to identify top talent.
• Track data in ATS and align with global recruitment KPIs.
