IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives, ensure quality, speed and cost targets, and maintain compliance with IQVIA SOPs across global projects.

Responsibilities include leading the Centralized Monitoring team, managing resources, monitoring study metrics, developing analytics strategies, supporting monitoring strategies, and mentoring junior staff on international studies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Manage risk and mitigation activities including IP management and study oversight.
• Monitor study metrics, trend analyses, and action plans for quality and compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
