IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will lead the monitoring team, ensure delivery quality, and optimize speed and cost while complying with SOPs and regulations. Strong leadership, English proficiency, and clinical trial expertise are required.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage resources across global projects, and mentor junior staff, ensuring RBM tools and study plans meet audit-ready standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Identify risk and propose mitigation strategies as unblinded Clinical Lead.
• Possibly act as Clinical Lead during gaps or project closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring staff).
• Develop analytics strategy and support monitoring strategy with thresholds and triggers.
• Attend study team or client meetings and contribute to decisions.
• Ensure documentation and RBM tools are audit-ready and compliant.
