IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM with remote work options. The role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

It requires leadership of the Centralized Monitoring team across globally assigned projects. The candidate will oversee clinical deliverables, manage resources, and contribute to analytics strategy, RBM tools, and monitoring plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ CTAs/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop study monitoring strategy and analytics; support RBM tooling.
• Attend study team and client meetings; contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
