IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, oversee global projects, ensure adherence to SOPs, and optimize delivery speed, quality, and cost while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include driving analytics, monitoring strategy, and mentoring junior staff. Strong English, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Mandatory).
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Manage resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop study analytics strategy and support monitoring strategy with triggers/thresholds.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
