IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. The role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver project objectives per contract, optimizing speed, quality and cost in alignment with IQVIA SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English, communication, and organizational skills. May mentor junior staff and coordinate global resources.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to lead team and effectively work in team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies; identify risk and mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and during project closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTA, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; support analytics development.
• Attend study team and client meetings and drive process improvements.
