IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM (Remote) to drive oversight of centralized monitoring across global studies from a remote LATAM footprint. You will collaborate with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost while adhering to IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include leading the monitoring team, overseeing IP management, coordinating study resources, and developing analytics strategies. Excellent English communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol/SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP/regulatory considerations when needed.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ CTAs/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop and apply analytics strategies and monitoring triggers; monitor study metrics.
• Attend study team or client meetings and support continuous process improvements.
