IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive delivery of clinical monitoring objectives across remote and international projects. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality, and cost, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and SOPs.

The role requires leadership of the Centralized Monitoring team, risk identification, and mentoring junior staff. Remote work across LATAM is supported, with a focus on cross-country collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA). Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• To lead team and effectively work in team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Identify risk and proposed mitigations, including IP management and regulatory considerations.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage project resources.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; support analytics initiatives.
