IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, ensure delivery of clinical outcomes, and optimize performance across global projects in compliance with ICH GCP and IQVIA SOPs.

Role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in lead roles, and strong English communication skills. You will mentor staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP/regulatory tasks.
• Coordinate project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs).
• Develop monitoring analytics strategy and study-specific analytics.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff.
