IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM to partner with project and clinical leads to deliver objectives to the sponsor while optimizing speed, quality and cost. This role covers remote work across Latin America with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory compliance.

The position requires leadership over the monitoring team, IP management for studies, and the ability to manage resources across global projects. Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead with IP management for assigned studies.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to the study and at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Assistants/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and analytics, contribute to RBM tools and templates.
