IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract requirements, while optimizing speed, quality, and cost across global projects.

The role requires leadership of the monitoring team and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing study metrics, developing analytics strategy, and mentoring junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Manage study metrics trending and RBM tools; develop monitoring strategy.
• Mentor junior staff and mentor team members.
• Attend study team or client meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
