Responsibilities include technical support via email, phone, and remote tools, troubleshooting, system maintenance, user guidance, documentation, software installation, and basic network tasks. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT Support role.
• Experience supporting international clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to clients and internal teams via email, phone, and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of company systems, hardware, and software.
• Guide users through problem-solving processes and provide training on software or system use.
• Identify complex issues and escalate to the appropriate team.
• Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and configurations using a ticketing system.
• Support deployment of new software and updates, ensuring compatibility and smooth operation.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and minor server maintenance.
• Track, document, and analyze recurring issues to improve efficiency.
