Travelingmedic is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in the U.S. market, working remotely from Latin America.

The role focuses on helping contractors with permit filings, account setup, and platform usage, requiring problem-solving skills and independent judgment. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in phone-based customer service, full English fluency, and comfort with Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based or call center environment.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit filings, account management, and platform usage.
• Use independent judgment to resolve issues outside standard processes.
• Take ownership of customer issues through resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers via phone or email to confirm resolution.
