Freelance Latin America is seeking an IT Support Specialist – Level 2 (Mid-Senior) to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and maintain reliable IT infrastructure for a U.S.-based organization. The ideal candidate has strong expertise across operating systems, server administration, networking, and cloud services, with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

This is a fully remote, long-term role with opportunities to work with international teams

Qualificações

• Mid-senior level IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux server environments (Debian/Proxmox).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Networking fundamentals and security tooling knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Windows, macOS, Linux (Debian/Proxmox) environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
• Perform remote installations, configurations, updates, and maintenance.
• Manage VPN, firewall, DNS security, and email filtering.
• Support backup and virtualization using Proxmox and Hyper-V.
• Use ConnectWise and RustDesk for remote support and ticketing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Communicate clearly with users and escalate complex incidents as needed.
