Job summary

Assurant seeks a Technical Support Associate to provide first-level IT support across hardware, software, network, and communications. You will help maintain IT services, assist with ITSM processes, incident management, and SLA compliance, following ITIL practices.

You will work with end users to diagnose issues, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure a high-quality support experience in both Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least two years in technical support or help desk.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user IT support for hardware, software, and networking.
• Troubleshoot incidents and requests, document in ticketing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations.
• Maintain SLA compliance and contribute to service improvements.
