Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support across the organization, maintaining IT infrastructure, telephony, network, hardware, software, and user access. This role also supports ITSM processes per ITIL and ensures SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least two (2) years of experience in Technical Support or Help Desk.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine technical incidents affecting end users and business operations.
• Respond to requests for installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of hardware/software.
• Own and track incidents and service requests through resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Administer and maintain IT service management processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate findings for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication throughout the support lifecycle.
