Job summary

Valatam is seeking an HR Manager to build a results-driven HR function that reduces turnover and improves VA retention. You will address client-reported performance concerns and continuously enhance the VA experience, while maintaining efficient HR operations and aligning with company objectives.

This is an internal leadership role at Valatam, with hands‑on responsibility for strategy and execution, remote with exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR or people-management experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience in retention, employee satisfaction, performance issues, and policy.
• Strong analytical skills to translate HR data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run strategies to improve VA retention and reduce turnover.
• Lead HR team through performance reviews and KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Address client-reported concerns and manage performance improvement plans.
• Prepare HR reports with insights and align HR strategies to goals.
