Ideal candidates have 2+ years in high-tech or fast-paced environments, with proven success in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and experience using ADP ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Ability to own recruitment pipelines from outreach to offer stage.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Experience conducting initial screening and behavioral assessments.
• Excellent communication and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Guide candidates through interviews, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing.
