BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions from a 100% remote LatAm base. You will own pipelines from alignment to offer, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to source and screen top candidates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fast-paced tech environments, proven ability to drive processes, and strong interview/training skills to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech/SaaS environments.
• Own recruitment processes from outreach to offer stage.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong screening and behavioral evaluation experience.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS including ADP.

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing through targeted channels.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
