Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM roles. This 100% remote, LATAM-based position focuses on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other GTM functions to support regional growth.

You will own pipelines from hiring manager alignment to offer rollout, partnering with managers, screening candidates, and guiding them through interviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment in tech/SaaS.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ADP or similar ATS.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted channels.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through interviews and provide a quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and analyze pipeline metrics.
