Lavendo, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. This remote LATAM-based role focuses on Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services, driving search strategies and a superior candidate experience.

You will own pipelines from alignment with hiring managers through to offer rollout, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP ATS to optimize processes while delivering regional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS or fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from outreach to offer.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Strong experience in initial screening and behavioral evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Professional Services).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through interview processes to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity (ADP), track progress, and optimize sourcing.
