Job summary

Smart Fit is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. You will own pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive candidate sourcing primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter.

The role requires strong screening and behavioral interviewing skills, with experience in Sales/Marketing or GTM roles, and hands-on ATS/ADP use. This is a fully remote LATAM-based position, focused on regional growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast‑paced environments.
• Own recruitment process from outreach through offer stage.
• Hands‑on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Experience screening and behavioral interview discussions.
• Strong communication and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles is a plus.
• Familiar with ADP ATS and able to manage multi‑priority remote work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles in Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process for a high-quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, track progress, and use insights to optimize sourcing.
