BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. You will own pipelines from alignment to offer, sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, and driving candidate experience in a fully remote LATAM-based role.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of high-tech recruitment experience, strong screening skills, and a track record of owning the recruitment process. Knowledge of ADP and modern ATS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment from outreach to offer.
• Direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong screening and behavioural evaluation experience.
• Excellent communication and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles is advantageous.
• Experience with modern ATS tools, preferably ADP.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, set expectations, and drive timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity (including ADP) and track progress to optimize sourcing.
