Job summary

Bluelightconsulting is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.

In this role, you will own pipelines from hiring manager alignment to offer rollout, drive proactive sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, screen candidates, and guide them through the interview process to ensure a high-quality experience. This position is 100% remote and LatAm-based.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Own recruitment processes from outreach through offer.
• Direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS, preferably ADP.
• Strong communication and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive timelines.
• Build proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity (including ADP) and track progress to optimize sourcing.
