You will independently drive search processes and manage sourcing and screening foundations to support regional growth.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, drive timelines, and guide candidates through interviews and offers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record owning recruitment from outreach to offer.
• Experience sourcing directly via LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through interviews and offers and ensure a quality experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity (ADP) and track progress to optimize sourcing.
