Content Creators is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services. You will own recruitment pipelines from alignment with hiring managers through offer rollout.

This role requires strong sourcing, screening, and ATS experience, with a proven ability to independently drive search processes in a remote, LatAm-based setup.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record owning recruitment processes from outreach through offer.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – strong advantage.
• Experience with modern ATS tools, preferably ADP, and data integrity.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
