Puntorojo is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for the North America GTM functions. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, screening, and journeying candidates through the interview process, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn Recruiter, and experience with ADP ATS.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience screening and behavioural interviews.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles is a plus.
• Experience with ADP ATS and remote work.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Build proactive candidate sourcing strategies.
• Conduct thorough initial screenings.
• Guide candidates through interview processes.
