Job summary

Howard is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for the North America GTM functions, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services. This role is remote and LATAM-based, empowering you to drive search processes and deliver high-quality hires.

You will partner with hiring managers, build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, and manage the ATS to ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely offers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Own recruitment processes from outreach through offer stage.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience conducting initial screening and behavioral evaluation.
• Strong communication and professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles.
• Experience with ATS, preferably ADP.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, set expectations, and timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process ensuring a quality experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity, track progress, and leverage insights to optimize sourcing.
