Job summary

Objective Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. You will own pipelines from manager alignment to offers, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, screening for fit, and guiding candidates through interviews.

The role emphasizes independent work in a remote LATAM-based setting, strong sourcing foundations, and impact on regional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Own recruitment processes from outreach through offer.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience conducting initial screening and behavioral interviews.
• Strong communication and professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing or GTM roles is a plus.
• Experience with ATS, preferably ADP.
• Strong organizational skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on timelines, and drive recruitment.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity, track progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing.
