Job summary

Sagan World Llc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to build a full growth machinery in a regulated DTC brand. You’ll connect Claude Code to APIs, automate recurring work, and run campaigns alongside sales, field, and partnerships.

You’ll report to two founders, own first‑party metrics, and push a self‑running outbound engine in a constrained market. The role emphasizes hands‑on implementation over briefing, with a focus on search, lifecycle retention, and referral initiatives in a remote-friendly Austin

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience with data-driven growth.
• Cold outbound end-to-end: list, sequence, reply monitoring.
• Comfortable with CSV data, joins, and data quality checks.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript; use of Git.
• APIs: authentication, keys, rate limits, webhooks, docs.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm field teams with lists, routes, one-pagers, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle emails, SMS, referrals, and retention.
• Create in-house creative using AI while matching brand visuals.
• Automate recurring processes and data enrichment for campaigns.
• Own first-party measurement and flag bad numbers early.
