Job summary

Atomic Hr seeks a GTM Engineer to build and automate campaign machinery for a founder-led DTC brand in a highly regulated market. You’ll direct Claude Code, enrich lists, and coordinate with sales and partnerships, aiming for a self-running outbound engine and a highly trusted data set.

You will own first-party measurement and optimize channels like search, lifecycle emails, and referrals, while producing creative in-house with AI tools and maintaining strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing tech experience directing Claude Code or equivalent.
• 3+ years in marketing with data-driven decision making.
• Cold outbound end‑to‑end: list, sequence, deliverability, and replies.
• Strong data skills: CSVs, SQL basics, and clean joins.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript; version control with git.

Responsibilities

• Build and run trade and partnership outbound engine; define segments and sequences.
• Arm field team with target lists, routes, and post-visit follow-up.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referrals.
• Create in-house creative using AI while preserving brand visuals.
• Automate repetitive tasks: enrichment scripts, list hygiene, QA.
