Job summary

Sagan World Llc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to architect a machine-driven growth engine for a regulated nicotinic product. You will direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich data, and automate recurring work while collaborating with sales, field, and partnerships.

You report to the two founders and work hands-on with high ownership. The role emphasizes building outbound campaigns, targeting trade partners, and leveraging owned channels (search, lifecycle email, referral) without paid ads.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code (or equivalent) on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience.
• Cold outbound from start to finish with list building and sequencing.
• Comfortable with data—CSV, joins, and basic SQL.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript; use of Git.

Responsibilities

• Build and run trade and partnership outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm field team with lists, routes, and post-visit follow-up.
• Own channels open in this context: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention and referrals.
• Produce in-house creative using AI tools while maintaining brand system.
