Job summary

Somniosoftware seeks a GTM Engineer to build the campaign machinery for a regulated DTC brand. You will direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring tasks while running campaigns alongside sales and partnerships teams.

You’ll own first‑party measurement and craft outbound strategies across search, lifecycle emails, and referrals, ensuring compliant, high‑integrity growth with minimal paid media.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing – data-driven, outbound focused.
• Comfort with data: SQL, CSVs, joins, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Ability to build and automate campaigns with APIs and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with defined segments and sequences.
• Arm the field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up sequences.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email, SMS, retention, and referrals.
• Create in-house content with AI tools aligned to brand visuals.
• Automate repetitive tasks like enrichment scripts and data pulls.
