Job summary

Pavago seeks a GTM Engineer to build and operate the growth machine for a regulated DTC brand. You will direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while running campaigns with sales and partnerships.

Based in Austin or remote with 9–5 CT overlap, you report directly to the two founders, hands-on, with ownership of the growth stack and first-party metrics that drive decision making.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work, tested in interview.
• Minimum 3+ years in marketing with data-driven background.
• Cold outbound from end-to-end: list, sequence, deliverability, replies.

Responsibilities

• Build and run trade/partnership outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm field team with lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referral programs.
• Produce in-house creative with AI tools while preserving brand visuals.
• Automate recurring tasks and maintain data quality and QA.
