Atomic HR is seeking a GTM Engineer (Go-to-market) for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX, with remote options. You will build the campaign machinery, integrate Claude Code, and coordinate with sales, field, and partnerships to drive growth in a regulated nicotine product space.

You’ll direct AI-driven workflows, manage outbound sequencing, and own first-party measurement while collaborating with two founders in a hands-on role with high ownership.

Formación

• Hands-on marketing growth experience with end-to-end outbound campaigns.
• Ability to direct Claude Code or equivalent coding agent on live work.
• Comfort reading CSV, writing SQL, and understanding data joins.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript and version control with Git.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run trade and partnership outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm field team with routes, one-pagers, and post-visit follow-up sequences; iterate for improvement.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referral; optimize growth without paid ads.
• Create in-house creative using AI tools while aligning with brand visuals.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment, data hygiene, reporting, QA pipelines.
• Own first-party measurement and flag questionable numbers before dissemination.
