Job summary

Sagan World Llc. seeks a GTM Engineer to build and operate a hands-on growth machine for a regulated DTC brand. You will connect APIs, direct Claude Code, and partner with sales, field, and partnerships to drive outbound and owned channels.

The role requires writing clean scripts, SQL, and AI-assisted content while ensuring compliance and accurate measurement. Remote or onsite in Austin, with daily CT overlap.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code or equivalent on live projects.
• 3+ years in marketing with hands-on data and tooling.
• Experience with cold outbound campaigns end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm field team with lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups to improve next iterations.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention and referrals; integrate them into a growth stack.
• Produce in-house creative using AI while maintaining brand visual system.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment, list hygiene, report pulls, QA, content pipelines.
• Own first‑party measurement and flag anomalies in conversion data.
