Job summary

Pavago is seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and run a high-velocity outbound growth engine for a regulated DTC brand. You will direct Claude Code, optimize open channels, and partner with field teams to tighten the entire growth stack.

You’ll build lists, write sequences, and automate recurring work, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and clear performance signals. This is a hands-on, builder-first role with direct founder exposure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work, connected to APIs or MCP server.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing with a track record of building outbound campaigns.
• Cold outbound end-to-end: list building, sequencing, deliverability, and analysis.
• Comfortable with data: reading CSVs, writing SQL, and understanding joins.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript and using Git.
• Experience with APIs: authentication, keys, rate limits, webhooks, and docs.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Equip field teams with lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups to improve next iterations.
• Own the channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referrals, and related open channels.
