Atomic Hr is seeking a GTM Engineer for a Regulated DTC consumer brand, based in Austin or remote with CT overlap. You will build the campaign machinery, direct Claude Code on live work, and collaborate with sales, field, and partnerships to create self-running growth engines.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, data-driven decision making, and ownership of outbound and first‑party measurement in a constrained regulatory environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in marketing with hands-on data and tooling experience.
• Experience directing Claude Code or equivalent on live projects.
• Comfortable reading CSV data, writing SQL, and understanding joins.
• Hands-on outbound campaign experience from list building to sequencing.
• Familiarity with APIs, auth, keys, rate limits and webhooks.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run trade/partner outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm field teams with routes, lists, and post-visit follow-up strategies.
• Own channels open to this role: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, and referral programs.
• Create in-house visuals using AI tools aligned with the brand system.
• Automate recurring tasks such as enrichment, hygiene, and report pulls.
• Own first‑party measurement and flag questionable data outliers.
