Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Marketing Technologist to build and own a regulated DTC growth engine. You will direct Claude Code and other tools to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while collaborating with sales, field, and partnerships to drive growth.

You’ll own channels open in a regulated market, including search, lifecycle email and SMS, retention programs, and referral systems, with hands-on execution and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code (or equivalent) on live work, connected to an API or MCP server.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing, often starting in a coordinator role and self-assembling data/tools.
• Cold outbound you’ve run end-to-end: list building, sequence writing, deliverability fixes.
• Comfortable with data: read CSVs, write SQL, understand joins that skew numbers.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript, and use of git for version control.
• APIs are familiar: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, endpoint discovery.
• Genuine eye for marketing: assess offers, spot broken pages, and write clear emails with retail buyers in mind.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine: segment, enrich, verify, sequence, and manual outreach when needed.
• Arm the field team with target lists, routes, and post-visit follow-up for continuous improvement.
• Own the open channels: search, lifecycle emails, SMS, retention, referrals, plus related reconciliation tasks.
• Produce in-house creative using AI while respecting brand visual system; know when to use real product shots.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment scripts, list hygiene, report pulls, QA, content pipelines.
• Own first-party measurement: order/subscription data, cohort retention, attribution, search visibility.
