Atomic Hr is seeking a GTM Engineer for a Regulated DTC Consumer Brand. The role centers on building the campaign machinery since paid channels are constrained by nicotine advertising rules.

You will direct Claude Code-like tooling to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while running campaigns with sales, field teams, and partnerships. You report directly to the founders and work hands-on to create a self-running outbound engine across owned channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine, defining segments, enriching lists, scoring contacts, and mapping sequences.
• Direct tools to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while running campaigns alongside sales and field teams.
• Report to founders, operating hands-on with no direct reports, aiming for a self-running outbound engine across owned channels and partnerships.
