Job summary

Pavago is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and run a data-driven growth engine in a highly regulated DTC space. You will direct Claude Code for API connections, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while collaborating with sales, field, and partnerships.

You report to the founders, hands-on, with no initial reports. You will own the outbound engine, field enablement, and owned channels (search, lifecycle emails, SMS, referrals) to drive growth in a constraint-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience
• Direct experience directing Claude Code or equivalent
• Data-savvy: reads CSV, writes SQL, understands joins
• Experience with cold outbound campaigns (Apollo or equivalent) and at least one sequencer
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript; familiarity with Git
• APIs are routine: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks; read docs to find endpoints
• Ability to write clear, filler-free marketing copy

Responsibilities

• Build and run trade and partnership outbound engine; define, enrich, verify contacts
• Arm field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers and post-visit follow-up sequences
• Own channels that are open here: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referral
• Produce in-house creative with AI while maintaining brand visuals
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment scripts, list hygiene, reports, QA
• Own first-party measurement: orders, retention, referral attribution, search visibility
