Job summary

Pavago is expanding its GTM engine from Austin, TX with a builder-first, hands-on growth role. You’ll wire campaigns end-to-end, directing Claude Code to automate lists, enrich data, and manage outbound channels while collaborating with sales, field teams, and partnerships.

You’ll own first-party measurement and craft scalable, compliant growth loops. The role demands 3+ years in marketing, strong data skills, and comfort with APIs and scripting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on in directing Claude Code for live campaigns and tooling.
• 3+ years in marketing with data-driven approach.
• Cold outbound campaigns managed end-to-end using Apollo or equivalent.
• Comfort with CSV data, SQL, and scripting (Python/JavaScript).
• Experience with APIs, auth, keys, rate limits, and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the trade/partnership outbound engine with segmenting and enrichment.
• Equip field teams with lists, routes, and follow-up sequences; iterate for better outcomes.
• Own channels open to the business (search, lifecycle emails, SMS, referrals).
• Create in-house creative using AI tools while maintaining brand standards.
• Automate recurring processes: enrichment, hygiene, reporting, QA, content pipelines.
