Job summary

DB Financial is seeking a Tracking Specialist (GTM) for a remote role serving education and nonprofit clients. You will own tag management, conversion tracking, and data integrity across multi-client campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in web analytics, GTM, GA4, and privacy compliance, plus HTML/CSS/JS debugging. You’ll collaborate with Paid Media and Web Services to ensure precise measurement and trustworthy reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server‑side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with working knowledge of pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) configuration for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Hands‑on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager; build and maintain data layers; manage container structure across a multi-client environment; implement server-side tagging where it improves measurement accuracy.
