Job summary

Coopervision is seeking a Tracking Specialist (GTM) to own tag management, deployment, and data integrity across multiple client websites in a remote, education-focused marketing context.

You will deploy pixels and scripts in Google Tag Manager, configure conversions across major ad platforms, and ensure privacy compliance while collaborating with the Data & Analytics team to keep campaigns measurable and reports trustworthy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in marketing/agency.
• Experience with GTM containers, triggers, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• GA4 experience including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and using GTM Preview and browser tools.
• Understanding GDPR/CCPA and consent management in tracking.
• Analytical, growth-minded with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client GTM environments.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Configure events from ad clicks to CRM and ensure accurate reporting.
• Audit, debug, and maintain data integrity across client sites and platforms.
• Ensure cookie consent and GDPR/CCPA compliance across implementations.
• Document tagging plans and enable cross-team understanding.
