Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist (GTM) to own tag management across multiple education-focused clients in a remote setting. You will deploy pixels, configure data layers, and ensure measurement accuracy from click to CRM entry.

You will connect website activity to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms using GTM and CAPI, perform QA, uphold GDPR/CCPA compliance, and document tagging plans for cross-team enablement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in an agency or marketing environment.
