Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist (GTM) to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture across a multi-client education and nonprofit portfolio. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, configure GA4 events, and ensure data collection from client sites is accurate from click to CRM entry.

You will partner with Paid Media and Web Services to verify tagging, debug issues, and maintain privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in web analytics tracking in a marketing or agency environment.
• Experience with GTM, data layers, and server-side tagging.
• Experience with pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) configuration for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration and DebugView.
• HTML/CSS/JS for tag troubleshooting and browser tools usage.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent management architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment across a multi-client environment.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration across paid media networks (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity across client websites and platforms.
• Own data privacy compliance including consent banners and regulatory alignment.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement with tagging plans and QA checklists.
