Job summary

Atomic HR is hiring a Tracking Specialist (GTM) to own tag management, deployment, and data integrity for education-focused campaigns. You will implement tracking across multiple client sites, configure GA4 events, and ensure reliable data from click to CRM.

The role requires 3+ years in web analytics, GTM and data layer expertise, and strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA. Remote work from Argentina with cross-team collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tracking or web analytics.
• GTM containers and data layer implementation.
• Experience with pixel/CAPI across major ad platforms.
• GA4 event configuration and DebugView.
• HTML/CSS/JS for tag troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and consent management.
• Education marketing experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management, deployment in GTM, and data layers.
• Connect website activity to ad platforms via pixels and CAPI.
• Configure standard and custom events for reporting.
• Maintain GA4 events from click to CRM entry.
• QA, debugging, and data integrity across sites.
• Document tagging plans and create QA checklists.
